The first Hungarian edition of Turkic Game Jam brought together young game developers, students, and creatives in Budapest for an intensive game development event. Participants worked in teams to create original games, supported by mentors and evaluated by a jury of industry experts. The event encouraged creativity, teamwork, technical skill development, and cultural exchange through game design. Feedback was positive overall, with participants especially highlighting the strong team spirit, mentorship, friendly atmosphere, and supportive community. Many described the experience as memorable and said they would participate again.

Turkic Game Jam Kazakhstan — the Kazakhstan edition of the international Turkic Game Jam, bringing together game developers, artists, game designers and other professionals from the game development industry. Creative Kazakhstan Agency served as the Kazakhstan Ambassador of Turkic Game Jam and organised the local jam in partnership with Almaty Creative. The event brought together 42 participants, who formed 12 teams and created 9 game projects during the jam. The local edition was organised and supported by 1 team lead and 2 volunteers. The jury consisted of 5 experts from three countries: Germany, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. The international composition of the jury brought diverse professional and cultural perspectives to the evaluation of the projects. Local Results: - 1st place — Murakami Cult Erlik Gates - 2nd place — Teqes Studio UmaiAna-BogynyaUmai - 3rd place — Slot Machine Wizard Zhana Qaharman Zamani The winners of the local edition received the opportunity to represent Kazakhstan at the Turkic Game Jam Grand Final in Baku. Kazakhstan was represented at the Grand Final by 2 teams and 4 participants: Murakami Cult: - Li Vladislav - Serikbayeva Altynay Teqes Studio: - Zhuniskan Adilet Erzhanuly - Mivanchin Nurislam Participation in the Grand Final gave Kazakh game developers an opportunity to present their projects on an international platform, exchange experience with participants from other countries and establish new professional connections.
